At Crafty Native, every item is handmade with care, tradition, and quality materials. Because of the nature of handcrafted work, each piece is unique — and I stand behind everything I create.

Returns
Due to the custom and handmade nature of my products, I do not offer returns or refunds. However, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to me.

Free Repair Guarantee
If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to normal use, I will happily repair it free of charge within 6 months of purchase.
Repairs include:
• Beadwork that has come loose
• Stitching that has unraveled
• Clasps or attachments that have failed

What’s Not Covered:
• Damage from misuse, water exposure, or improper storage
• Lost items
• Alterations made by others

How to Request a Repair

1. Email me at [your email] with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description.

2. I’ll respond within 3 business days with instructions for shipping it back.

3. You cover the cost of shipping it to me — I’ll cover the repair and shipping it back to you.
